Ragen brings deep SaaS experience and broad expertise in scaling technology companies to Mass Ingenuity. While at SaaS winners including Responsys (ORCL), Zustek (ZETA), and Demandbase, Ragen has driven rapid growth across marketing, sales, business development, and customer success teams. The announcement comes amidst the achievement of several milestones for the company.  Results Software posted 100% ARR growth in 2022, and Q1 2023 saw significant expansion at clients including Oregon Department of Human Services, Washington State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Results Software platform was enhanced with new modules and streamlined to enable implementation in as little as 5 days. And Mass Ingenuity renewed its SOC2 Type 2 certification to assure the security of its clients’ data.
