Mass Ingenuity’s National Expansion Accelerates

Portland, Oregon - (April 11, 2024) – MASS INGENUITY, the enterprise performance management (EPM) leader for state government agencies, announces expansion into new states along with new clients, staff, and expanded software footprint.

Mass Ingenuity recorded a very strong 2023, and that momentum carried through Q1 2024. “We grew SaaS revenue well over 100% year on year in 2023, and our 2024 Q1 was similarly strong,” said Kent Ragen, Mass Ingenuity’s CEO. “The best part is that growth is coming from both new clients as well as expansion within our existing customer base. We expect this positive trend to continue throughout 2024 and beyond.”

Expansion is occurring in states where Mass Ingenuity has an existing presence as well as in new regions. In addition, the company has continued to show success across all major agency domains, such as health care, human services, corrections, fish& wildlife, and justice.

“We began working in New Mexico last year with the state’s largest agency. That led to an introduction to another New Mexico agency that began work with us this month,” said Aaron Howard, Mass Ingenuity’s President and CTO. “We are fortunate that this type of expansion within a state occurs often. We focus all of our energy on providing an outstanding customer experience and on delivering strong results for our clients, which leads to strong referrals,” said Howard. “The same happened in Oregon last month. We brought a large department onto the Results Software platform after several years of successfully delivering for their sister agencies.”

In order to continue to deliver at a high level as the business expands, Mass Ingenuity added leadership to its Customer Experience and Consulting teams in 2023. The company also added capacity to its consulting team, bringing aboard former state agency leaders from corrections and human services.
