My name is Dacia Johnson, I’m the executive director for the Oregon Commission for the Blind. Our agency has seen the power of data driven decision making in our daily business. Upon review of performance data of a process that was not meeting our expectations, we were able to utilize Mass Ingenuity’s 4 box problem solving tools to raise the visibility of targeted opportunities for efficiencies in the agency’s authorization of payment processes across multiple departments. We’ve already seen Results improvements in our payment processing time for our service providers, which improves our customer service and ensures continuity of service delivery to Oregonians who are blind.
