James works with Mass Ingenuity customers, helping them adopt the Results Management System. James has over 27 years of correctional experience and has served in many roles including Warden and Assistant Director. James’s oversight included Complex Prison Operations, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, Continuous Improvement and Research. James completed a fellowship at the Arizona Government Transformation Office deploying a culture of continuous improvement across several state agencies. He then led the deployment of this culture change at a large state agency driving organizational improvements and efficiencies. This multi-year deployment included the training of lean principles, implementation of business reviews and front-line team performance meetings at all levels within the agency.
James holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
