I just wanted to share how excited I was when I found out about Results Software that finally there was a Dashboard that I could look at for my own business to see where I was and I shared it with my industry, my colleagues so that they could see how their employees were doing by looking at the dashboard and they get a visual representation of whether their employees were on track to reach their goals. And I also loved it that you could take a snapshot of how your business was doing and take that right to the board of directors.
