The admin screen called System Settings is where you will globally manage your tenant settings. The following items can be set and adjusted by the administrator as needed.

Images: Two images can be uploaded in the tenant that appear in the top banner.

Default Chart Type: The administrator can set a default chart type for all new measures. The chart type can be adjusted for individual measures as needed.

Chart Dates: The administrator has three options on how measures will be charted.

    Today: Charts will start at today’s date regardless of the last date a value was inputted.

    Last Value: Charts will start at the last date a value was entered.

    Custom: A custom date range can be set.

Performance Chart: If your organization is using performance path charting, the administrator can define default performance path elements. This can be overridden at the individual measure level.

Measure Code: The administrator can lock down the measure code field so only administrators can edit measure codes.

Email Notifications for Overdue Measures: Administrators can enable or disable automatic email notifications for when measures are overdue. Measure owners will receive notifications no more than twice a week that they have a measure that needs their attention. Administrators can also set a bcc notification so a second person such as an administrator is notified of overdue measures.

System Message: Administrators can set a message on the side bulletin board for their Results users. URLs are allowed in the bulletin board space.
