Measure Views - List, Chart, Summary, and Detail

Learning Objectives

List: A high level list of measures and key measure details including measure code, measure name, current status, trend line, and measure owner name.

Chart: Measures are presented in a small chart view. The view also calls out the calculation, measure owner name, last data value with the corresponding comment.

Summary: A summary of the status of a particular group of measures. It calls out how many measures are in green, yellow, red, grey (no thresholds defined) and black (no data recorded).

Detail: A table view of some of the critical fields on the measures you are viewing. The fields include measure code, name, owner name, status, and days remaining. The system calculates the due dates for data inputs based on the frequency and first measure date input was received. This view allows you to search and filter against the table of measure information. You can also copy and paste the information on the page into a different application as well as download it into an excel table.

Print: Once you are in the small chart view an additional print button appears. Selecting print, will produce a PDF of the measure charts you are viewing. One chart per page. You are given the optional feature of putting a title on the PDF.
